Refund Request

Thank you for being a loyal Let's Play customer. We are truly thankful for your support. Due to the unfortunate closing of our business due to COVID-19 we wanted to make sure our customers are taken care of. If you would like a refund for your bounce club card please fill out the form below. We will need all the following information in order to process your return.

1. A picture of your receipt. The receipt would have been stapled to your card.​ ]

 

2. A picture of the front of your bounce club card. 

 

 

 

 

3. A picture of the back of your bounce club card.

 

 

 

 

 

Unfortunately, refunds cannot be processed without a receipt. Please make sure the pictures are all high quality with all numbers and writing on the card and receipt are visible. If you have questions about the refund process please send an email to info@letsplaywoodbrige.com

Your refund request must be submitted by September 30, 2020.
